Summary: This right-on-the-ocean beach house was exceptionally well stocked (lots of bowl, plates, glasses, utensils, knives, cutlery, etc.), very clean, with everything working well, with parking for five cars. We had a wonderful three days and hope to be able to return next year! It accommodated our gathering of folks from Portland, Vancouver, Florence, Salem, and Maryland.

Summary: This house was the best of everything. The oceanfront views from the wall of windows and the weather was perfect during our stay. The basement suite worked for kids to play their games and the upstairs facilities were great for our family of 12. Ideal property!

Summary: The property and view was breathtaking! Well stocked kitchen too. The location was great, short walk to the beach and decent drive to everything. The host was very easy to contact and took care of anything we needed immediately.

Summary: We had such a great time! This house was perfect for our extended family. There was ample space for everyone. The beds were super comfortable with very nice bedding. The ocean view was spectacular with a great little deck. This was also a very kid friendly house. We would definitely stay here again!

Summary: Perfect setup and location. Enjoyed the short walk to the tidal pools. Property is close to the dead end, so quiet but close to restaurants and grocery store. Property set up was perfect for two families. Main level is great for entertainment. Lower level has smaller kitchen, but has bedroom that overlooks the ocean. Wonderful stay.

Summary: My family and I just spent a week in this home, and had an amazing time! The photos of this house do not do it justice. The furnishings are beautiful and high quality, the kitchen is extremely well-appointed, and the views on both levels are incredible! Beach access is very convenient - only a few houses away. We had so much fun combing the beach for glass floats (sadly unsuccessful), and scanning the water for whales (saw a few hanging out by the large rock just to the north of the property!). The beds were comfortable, and the fireplace was very cozy. We highly recommend this home, and hope to rent it again when we return to Lincoln City!

Summary: Our family goes to Lincoln City every summer. We have rented a lot of different beach houses. None compare to this one. Our #1 priority is the view, and here it is breathtaking. Recently remodeled, the kitchen is amazing. Everything is light and bright and so, so clean. Having two levels gave our adult children a place to call their own. Beach access is very close by. It is going to be our go-to house from now on.
